Serve as the primary post-sale contact for enterprise software clients, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Drive revenue through software license renewals, usage growth, and further software adoption Monitor account health and metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for growth leading up to renewal Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and present ROI to executive stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and influence product roadmap Qualifications

Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in software sales, customer success, and/or project management Scientific background, particularly in molecular biology, is highly desired Demonstrated written and verbal communication and training skills Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed sales organization Preferred Qualifications
