Account Executive
Location: Melville, NY (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $140,000 to $170,000 + bonus and benefits
Our client,
a large regional broker known for excellence is adding an Account Executive to support several large construction clients.
Responsibilities
Retain and grow the book by providing risk expertise, excellent service and relationship management
Lead marketing strategies and negotiating on larger accounts
Identify coverage gaps
Analyze and propose coverage to clients
Provide insurance requirements based on deal type, geography and requirements
Educate clients and borrowers in risk management, transfer, market issues and trends
Manage and mentor associates account managers and a technical support
Qualifications
Broker’s License
Minimum 5 years of Brokerage or Risk Consulting experience
In‑depth working knowledge of the construction business, as well as all major lines of coverage
Excellent communication and client service skills
High level organization and process consistency
Proficiency in Epic management system and all Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe)
Focused independent worker with time management skills
