The Customer Strategy Manager is responsible for driving forecast, budget, and strategic business plans for the Nuun brand. The incumbent leads commercialization business planning, influences go‑to‑market strategies, supports profitable growth, and coordinates cross‑functional efforts. The role also involves providing voice‑of‑customer insights to marketing and brand teams, influencing marketing and brand strategies, and guiding retailer and competitive insights. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead business planning by developing analytics & insights that support marketing strategy, preparing timelines, communicating the process, and conducting collaborative planning cycles with customer teams. Coordinate key strategies and initiatives across field and internal teams, aligning major functions. Develop and manage promotional programs, such as special packs & in‑store displays, to support customer sales and monitor performance. Partner with internal team members to develop revenue growth management strategies that drive topline and bottom‑line growth. Lead the development, evaluation, and implementation of the 4Ps, translating trends and insights into business performance improvement. Influence pricing, trade promotions, category management, and inventory management processes, collaborating with marketing, supply chain, trade, and finance. Develop and execute trade‑related expenses and identify improvements to P&L performance. Provide assortment & merchandising recommendations. Coordinate regular communication with cross‑functional and sales teams to ensure alignment on forecast, budgeting, and trade objectives. Support retailer business and new item reviews. Present customer, category, and brand reviews that drive performance. Ensure execution of plans through consistent communication with the customer team. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. 5+ years in consumer goods and vitamins & supplements. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong relationship building and senior‑level engagement skills. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while multitasking. Creative problem‑solving mindset and comfort with uncharted territory. Experience with P&L management and strong financial acumen. SKILLS

Deep understanding of customer demand creation plans. Creativity and willingness to push beyond the obvious. Active listening to customer insights and actioning objectives. Articulate communicator who synthesizes data quickly. Negotiation skills with business partners. LOCATION & COMPENSATION

This position may be remote or hybrid based on geographic location. Preference is given to candidates living within commuting distance of Bridgewater, NJ; Chicago, IL; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; or Long Island, NY. Pay range: $100,000 to $130,000. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. BENEFITS AND INSECTS
