What You’ll Do

Assemble and install electrical harnesses, console wiring, and other unit electrical systems

Use diagrams, schematics, and instructions to complete installations accurately

Operate hand tools and crimping tools to route, secure, and connect wiring

Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet Tiara’s electrical and safety standards

Work closely with team members in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Participate in daily cleaning and organization of the Electrical Assembly area (5S practices)

Identify and handle color‑coded wires and components with accuracy

Support continuous improvement and maintain a focus on safety and efficiency

What It Takes

Experience or training in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred

Ability to read and understand diagrams, part labels, and assembly instructions

Familiarity with basic hand tools and safe wiring practices

Strong attention to detail—your work affects the safety and reliability of the entire vessel

Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working independently under deadlines and collaborating with others

Ability to distinguish wire colors accurately and follow proper electrical coding

Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
