We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to sell Neuvys’ portfolio of products, solutions, and services to customers in the Enterprise and SLED spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the SF Bay Area by managing the sales process from lead engagement to closure. You will collaborate with the Neuvys Pre-Sales Engineer and/or OEM Pre-Sales Teams to design and propose customized solutions, maintain strong relationships with customers, and uncover additional business opportunities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, results-oriented, and excels at building long-term partnerships. Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement: Engage with qualified leads to understand customer requirements and business goals. Build trust and establish credibility as the primary point of contact for prospective customers. Solution Development: Collaborate with the Neuvys Pre-Sales Engineer and/or OEM Pre-Sales Teams to design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions and services. Present solutions that align with customer objectives while demonstrating ROI and value. Sales Process Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, pricing negotiations with OEM partners, and contract finalization. Close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to customer expectations. Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing ongoing needs, concerns, and opportunities. Foster and maintain strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and uncover new business opportunities within the customer base. Identify net new opportunities within Neuvys’ target account list. Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer requirements and market trends. Customer Success: Actively ensure the customer’s experience is seamless and exceeds expectations. Address and resolve issues proactively, maintaining the reputation of Neuvys Technologies as a trusted partner. Other duties as needed. Qualifications
Proven experience in technology sales, business development, or account management (5+ years preferred). Strong understanding of technology solution-selling, technology channel sales, and the entire sales cycle. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and partners. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new products and solutions. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Experience working with technology OEMs, distributors, or value-added. Experience working with Salesforce.
