Role Description This is a full-time on-site Account Manager position based in the San Francisco East Bay. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage service delivery, and act as the primary point of contact for the client. This is not a standard account management role. You will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of a

large-scale municipal contract . This position demands a high-level executive presence and the ability to navigate the complexities of public sector service delivery. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of managing massive operational footprints, specifically overseeing accounts with a volume of

3,000+ billable hours per week .

Key Responsibilities Complex Workforce Management:

Direct oversight of a diverse labor force, including

Armed and Unarmed personnel , as well as specialized

subcontractors . Strategic Client Liaison:

Serve as the primary, high-level point of contact for municipal stakeholders, ensuring that service delivery aligns with city ordinances and public safety goals. Operational Excellence:

Monitor and optimize service delivery across multiple sites to ensure 100% adherence to strict municipal service agreements (SLAs). Compliance & Risk Mitigation:

Ensure all armed and unarmed staff meet rigorous certification, training, and state licensing requirements. Financial & Administrative Oversight:

Manage the profitability and budgeting of the contract, including complex reporting, documentation, and data-driven performance reviews for city officials.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

Qualifications & Requirements Experience at Scale:

Minimum of 5+ years in a senior management role with documented experience managing accounts exceeding

3,000+ weekly hours . Industry Expertise:

Deep understanding of the security industry, specifically the logistical nuances of managing both armed and unarmed deployments. Vendor Management:

Experience vetting and managing subcontractors to ensure they meet the prime contractor's standards and clients requirements. Municipal Savvy:

Ability to navigate the political and bureaucratic landscape of city government contracts. Leadership:

Exceptional people-manager skills with the ability to lead a large, tiered team in a high-pressure, on-site environment.
