Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch program
Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and help them find their ideal homes
Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Host two open houses each month
Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
Engage in team activities according to team standards
Dedicate time for weekly one‑on‑one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties
Showcase your knowledge in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
Qualifications

Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise.
Handling objections is second nature to you.
