$25-$35/hour starting pay based on experience. Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses after 90 days. Shop and mobile positions available. Paid holidays. 401(k) after 1 year. Overtime after 40 hours. Bi-weekly paychecks. Full time work. Clothing & Boot allowance after 90 days. Tools supplied by RSS. On-Site Paid Training. Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within company! Responsibilities
Inspect and diagnose all trailer systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components. Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including but not limited to: ABS, frame, body, doors, tires and electrical systems. Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service. Maintain positive working relationships with customers. Properly operate the mobile Service Truck. Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment to maximize fleet availability. Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck. Requirements
Proven experience as a Trailer Mechanic. Strong knowledge of trailer repair and maintenance techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues. Valid Driver's License. Ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to lift 50lbs. Seniority level
