
Professional level sales position supporting advanced commercial functions. Responsible for profitable growth via customer retention and growth, managing a team, and leveraging expert automotive system and parts knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain commercial customer relationships
Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers
Achieve personal/store sales and service goals
Provide day‑to‑day supervisory support for team members
Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for team members
Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards
Maintain commercial stocking programs
Build and maintain a network of second‑source suppliers
Secondary Responsibilities
Maintain core bank and commercial returns
Maintain commercial credit accounts
Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage

ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent

Essential Job Skills
Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
Spoken and written English (Spanish a plus)
Reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, procedure manuals
Writing simple correspondence
Execute written, oral or diagram instructions
Complete Parts Knowledge Assessment
Basic math accuracy
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong organizational skills
Understanding of commercial profitability concepts and customer prioritization
Ability to work days, evenings, weekends as needed
Prior Experience A minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience, proven sales ability in customer transactions, and experience leading teams.
Education High school diploma or GED.
Certificates & Licenses ASE certification preferred.
Physical Demands Walking or standing, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crawl, lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally; vision requirements: close, distance, color, depth, focus.
Work Environment Indoor work, occasional outdoor exposure to weather; high, precarious places; chemicals; electrical shock; vibration; moderate noise.
Compensation USD 19.95–21.95 per hour.
