Your Responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers with their orders and inquiries across Europe

Providing excellent customer support via phone and email

Resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency

Maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners

Working closely with the

global Sales team

to meet financial targets in terms of

sales and profitability

Helping to

promote sales, control costs, retain and attract new customers , and develop new business opportunities

Supporting online sales activities, including capturing orders and stimulating sales through

deals and online incentives

Occasionally traveling to Germany and other European countries for customer visits

This role is predominantly

sales and customer service focused , but we’re looking for a

hands‑on team player

who is happy to jump in and support the business wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in

German and English

(spoken and written)

Experience in

customer service, sales support, or client relations

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage inquiries with a professional and customer‑focused approach

Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience in the

aquarium or pet industry

is a plus – but full training will be provided!
