The Role Handle a high volume of warm inbound leads who already know and trust the brand Qualify prospects and book calls for closers within a structured, optimized sales process Conduct consultative conversations in German during German business hours Manage pipeline, follow-up, and consistency across daily call flow Work closely with an experienced sales team in a high-performance, supportive environment The Ideal Candidate Fluent in German and able to work German business hours Proven experience in high-ticket sales (coaching or education preferred) Professional, emotionally intelligent, and consultative communicator Strong follow-up skills with the ability to handle objections maturely Coachable, collaborative, and eager to grow within a mission-driven company Compensation €4.6k–€5.5k/month at minimum KPI, with strong upside potential Includes base pay within a high-converting, established funnel Consistent daily call flow with clear performance expectations Why Join Our Client?
