SALARY RANGE:
$19.00 - $25.00/ Hour PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Operates a truck (single, tandem, or multi-axle) for delivery and/or pickup of agronomy, energy, or turf products following scheduled routes to support profitable growth. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Operates all assigned vehicles and equipment (including forklifts) safely according to standards. Performs daily safety checks and maintains records, including pre-trip inspections and preventative maintenance. Loads and unloads materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with DOT regulations. Ensures timely deliveries and pickups, providing excellent customer service. Completes all required documentation accurately and timely. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Maintains company equipment and adheres to policies, including professional appearance. Performs additional duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years related experience operating tractor trailers. Valid CDL with endorsements, medical card, and a clean driving record. Ability to work extended hours, including on-call as needed. Ability to lift 51-70 lbs and work in various weather and environmental conditions.
