ENC - ElDorado National California Inc. Job Summary Responsible for creating new business opportunities through customer portals and web solicitations. This role involves proactively managing the full bid lifecycle: reviewing online solicitations, identifying viable opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, monitoring award outcomes, and processing sales orders through the ERP system. Ensures accurate and timely follow-up on all bids, maintains compliance with company policies and best practices to prevent fraud, and coordinates internally to guarantee smooth order fulfillment. Additionally, the role requires process standardization, data tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, traceability, and overall customer experience. This individual serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, collaborates across departments, and contributes to achieving defined monthly business development goals. Essential Duties

Review and monitor multiple customer portals daily for new solicitations and bid opportunities. Analyze opportunities to align with company capabilities and strategic goals. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes, ensuring compliance with company policies. Submit bids through portals, track award status, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders. Process awarded bids by creating and submitting sales orders in the ERP system. Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor delivery schedules, follow up on shipment status, and resolve any fulfillment issues proactively. Develop and maintain tracking reports to monitor bid submissions, award outcomes, and sales order status. Implement standardized processes to ensure full traceability of bid and order data for audit and compliance purposes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend system enhancements where appropriate. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, document control, and risk mitigation. Work toward defined monthly goals for bid submissions, awards, and revenue generation. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Partner with sales, finance, logistics, and customer service teams to drive operational efficiency. Mentor junior team members on bid processes and compliance requirements. Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and streamline business development efforts. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Expert-level communication, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Deep knowledge of customer service systems, processes, and best practices. Proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Analytical mindset with experience using data to improve performance. Education, Experience, And/or Required Licenses

High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred. At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in manufacturing or technical environments is a plus. ElDorado National California Inc.
