$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, onsite; travel to local customers as needed Pay Rate

Base salary $50,000–$65,000 + 13–15% commission on margin/load sold Duties

Identify and prospect potential customers (importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors) across the U.S. Sell freight forwarding technology and software solutions, including air, ocean, trucking, customs clearance, and warehousing services. Negotiate pricing, service contracts, and terms to achieve sales targets. Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure shipments move smoothly, and communicate updates or delays to clients. Prepare quotes, proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records. Monitor industry trends, freight rates, trade regulations, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment. Ability to travel locally as required. Open to fresh graduates with a hunger to learn or candidates with up to 10 years of experience. Understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, and shipping processes a plus.
