Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Line Performance Analyst to join our Support Center team in Orange County, FL. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing network-wide service performance to enhance franchisee success and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Data Monitoring & Analysis: Track and evaluate performance metrics across all service lines. Franchise Performance Reporting: Develop and distribute clear, actionable reports to Support Center leadership that highlight trends, successes, and areas needing improvement within the franchise network. Operational Insights: Identify underperforming franchisees and collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop targeted improvement plans. Service Line Optimization: Analyze KPIs for each service line, providing detailed performance insights and recommendations to management. Forecasting & Planning Support: Provide data to support resource allocation, operational initiatives, and the launch of new service lines. Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and integrity of all operational data and reports for reliable decision-making. Pay & Benefits
