Playing an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization. Cultivating and managing business development opportunities. Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks. Assisting in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions. A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree). Typically, no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience. A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting. Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape. A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM. Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. A willingness to travel to meet client needs. What We Offer
