- You will be selling a diversified product portfolio to both Doctors & Specialists in a role that will be a combination of prospecting and account management. This client can offer you: A rich 30+ year history of success Balance of Life - No being on Call 24/7 Stable - Strong financial backing from a very reputable international healthcare organization. A strong emphasis on R&D Long-term career advancement into Strategic Accounts, Sales Training & Sales Management based on merit vs. tenure A very team-oriented & collaborative culture A highly respected new VP of Sales Base Salary + Commission (No Caps; Paid from Dollar One & Day #1 in the territory) + Quarterly Bonus/Yearly Bonus + Motus Car Allowance Plan + Expense Account & comprehensive benefits package. $150,000-$175,000-$200,000 1st year earning potential Qualifications
- Experience Desired: BA/BS Degree - Activities/Leadership on campus; NCAA Sports 1st Choice in Experience: ~2 years-5 years+ of Medical Sales and/or Dental Sales experience with year-over-year sales success 2nd Choice - ~3-5 years - Business-to-Business Sales Representatives from ideally a Fortune 500 organization (i.e. ADP; Paychex; Cintas) or firms with a strong sales training program (i.e. Xerox agencies; Rental Car Industry) Year-over-Year success - Rookie of the Year; President's Club Awards; Top 10%-20% Sales rankings regionally or nationally A "Hunter Mentality" Strong percentage of sales coming from "New Net Business" in 2024, 2023, & 2022 Empowered to run territory after training program; High Sales Activity model week in & week out; adaptable/flexible to change; $$$ motivated; team oriented/highly collaborative Please send your resume to
