We are a fast-growing company looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach. Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking. Identify and engage with key decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses to understand their IT and cybersecurity challenges. Deliver compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value of managed IT and security services. Conduct discovery calls and meetings to assess prospect needs and position appropriate solutions. Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing—while coordinating with internal technical and onboarding teams. Maintain organized records of sales activities, prospecting efforts, and pipeline updates in the CRM. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Stay current on MSP trends, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory drivers impacting client industries (e.g., HIPAA, CMMC, FTC Safeguards). Qualifications

Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the MSP, VAR, or IT services industry. Strong technical foundation—comfortable discussing networking, cybersecurity tools, cloud services, backup, compliance, and endpoint protection. Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, firewalls, MFA, data backup, and regulatory frameworks. Strong understanding of the value of managed services, recurring revenue models, and long-term technology partnerships. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business value. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deals at various stages of the sales process. Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and productivity tools like Microsoft 365. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field is preferred but not required.
