Responsibilities
Market, show, and lease properties to qualified tenants
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with accuracy
Respond to tenant and owner inquiries with professionalism
Collect rent and support lease enforcement
Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and track progress
Manage renewals to maximize retention and minimize vacancy
Prepare properties quickly and efficiently for re-listing
Qualifications
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Reliable vehicle for local travel (required)
Hardworking, organized, and comfortable managing details under time pressure
Real estate license in California is strongly preferred, but not required
Experience in property management, leasing, or a related field is a plus— but we are open to motivated candidates ready to learn
Bonus Points
Familiarity with AppFolio or zInspector
Knowledge of UC Davis student rental market cycles
Bilingual communication skills
What’s Offered
$50,000–$70,000 USD base salary (based on skills and experience)
15 PTO days + 10 paid holidays
License renewal support & reimbursement for new licensing
Mileage reimbursement
