We are seeking experienced and results-driven Independent Sales Agents to join our global network. This is a remote, contract opportunity ideal for a sales professional with existing connections or a proven ability to develop new business within OEM manufacturing sectors.
As a commissioned agent, you will act as the key link between Linpo and new clients, leveraging our extensive manufacturing capabilities to win business. Your success will be directly tied to your performance, with uncapped earning potential on every contract you secure.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
Proactively identify, qualify, and target potential OEM clients within North America and other international markets that require custom cable and wire harness solutions. Solution Selling:
Conduct in-depth consultations with engineers, procurement managers, and project leaders to understand their technical requirements and business challenges. Manage the Sales Cycle:
Navigate complex, technical sales cycles from initial inquiry and RFQ through quoting, sampling, negotiation, and closing. Quote & Proposal Management:
Liaise with our internal engineering and pricing teams in China to develop compelling, competitive, and accurate proposals for custom manufacturing projects. Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture long-term, trusted partnerships with clients, positioning Linpo as their preferred manufacturing partner. Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system. Market Intelligence:
Serve as the frontline for market trends, providing feedback on competitive landscape, pricing, and emerging industry needs.
