We are seeking a solid and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Loan IQ to support the organization’s transition from ACBS to Loan IQ. This individual will serve as a critical liaison between the Treasury Department and various internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, data flow analysis, and system integration support throughout the conversion process.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with the Americas Treasury Department (ATD) to understand current system usage, data flows, and the impact of transitioning to Loan IQ.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze their Loan IQ requirements and identify any potential conflicts.
Understand and document the interface functions between Loan IQ and other systems, especially OBS and Pegasys+.
Participate in internal and external workshops to gather and consolidate necessary information.
Communicate project updates clearly to ATD management/members and support informed decision-making.
Provide support to existing ATD operations and business functions when required.
Required Skills:
2–5 years of hands-on experience with the Loan IQ system. 7–10 years of experience working in Financial Institutions, ideally within a Bank Treasury function. Strong understanding of Treasury operations and related business processes. Effective communication and collaboration skills for interaction with stakeholders, including vendors like Finastra. Ability to clearly explain project developments to senior management and non-technical team members. Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with systems integration and interface functionality with OBS and Pegasys+. Previous experience in system migration or implementation projects in a financial setting. Certifications:
