Job Overview:

As a Transactions Coordinator , you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing transaction-related processes and communications across internal teams and external stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities will include handling questionnaires, compiling data, and maintaining tracking systems to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Your Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between external requesters (e.g., brokers, attorneys, banks) and internal teams for questionnaire-related matters. Coordinate the intake, tracking, and completion of questionnaires across multiple buildings. Communicate with property managers to gather information that is not readily available or included in standard questionnaire templates. Pull and compile standard information such as unit/shareholder data, maintenance amounts, and other accessible details from internal systems. Communicate with managers on a quarterly basis to update key information required for recurring questionnaires (e.g., mortgage details, amenities, etc.). Ensure that responses are completed accurately, consistently, and on time. Maintain a centralized tracking system (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel) to monitor outstanding requests and deadlines. Flag complex or urgent issues for appropriate escalation. Support process improvements to streamline questionnaire handling and enhance . Process applications for assigned properties. Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a transactional or administrative capacity. Works effectively with coworkers, clients, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions. Must possess a high energy attitude and an ability to multi-task/prioritize different projects at any given time. Superior oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and other data management tools.

Compensation

$ 24.04 - $ 26.44 / hour
