Base pay range: $49,480 - $52,780 per year.
Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work for the properties.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage lease administration, including lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
