Based Agency is searching for an experienced Cold Email Specialist to join our team and take charge of large-scale, outbound email lead generation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of setting up, managing, and scaling cold email campaigns across multiple domains and inboxes while maintaining high deliverability and avoiding spam folders. If you have experience running advanced cold outbound operations and thrive on achieving results for service-based businesses, we want to connect with you. Responsibilities:
– Strategically plan and execute cold outbound email campaigns to targeted prospects on behalf Based Agency. – Set up, warm up, and manage dozens of inboxes and multiple domains to maximize email deliverability and sender reputation. – Write, test, and refine cold email copy for engagement, appointment-setting, and high conversion rates. – Monitor and improve inbox placement, open rates, click rates, and positive response rates. – Use and manage automation tools, mail merge systems, and tracking platforms to scale campaigns efficiently. – Conduct A/B testing and optimize subject lines, messaging, sending schedules, and sender profiles. – Ensure all campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable email marketing laws and best practices. – Troubleshoot and resolve deliverability issues, blacklistings, and technical setbacks as they arise. – Report on campaign results and insights to the team, providing actionable recommendations. Requirements:
– Experience running cold outbound email campaigns at scale, ideally for B2B companies. – Comfortable managing multiple domains, dozens of email inboxes, and complex technical setups (DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). – Proven track record keeping large outbound campaigns out of spam folders and achieving high deliverability/response rates. – Hands-on experience with cold email automation tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Mailshake, or comparable platforms. – Strong copywriting skills tailored to cold outreach and sales messaging. – Solid understanding of sending limits, warming sequences, and inbox rotation. – Technical troubleshooting experience (e.g., fixing sender reputation, resolving blacklist issues, maintaining proper inbox hygiene). – Native or bilingual English proficiency, with outstanding written communication skills. – Must have your own work computer and reliable high-speed internet. – Able to work independently, communicate proactively, and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment. Preferred (but not required):
– Experience working with lead lists, data enrichment, and CRM integrations. – Background in agency settings or high-velocity lead generation companies. – Experience segmenting, filtering, and personalizing cold email at scale. Benefits & Company Culture:
