Position Summary
The Hospitality and Production Specialist role blends retail and production responsibilities, offering hands-on experience in daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and crafting high-quality artisan products, with opportunities for future leadership within our team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and product recommendations
Support store and production operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and shift coordination
Fulfill online and resale orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors
Produce and package body care products, maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Use software to track production runs, materials, and inventory accuracy
Monitor merchandise and raw material levels, ensuring proper rotation, expiration control, and timely ordering
Assist with merchandising, seasonal displays, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement
Collaborate with retail and marketing teams to ensure product availability and support promotions
Contribute to sales, customer experience, and continuous operational improvement
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, production, or another related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail/production environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Motivated and eager to grow into a leadership role
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or manufacturing software
