CRM Specialist

to join our Marketing Team and contribute to the growth and retention of our customer base! What will you do? Define and align retention goals in collaboration with the Marketing Team; Monitor complex CRM journeys and automations aimed at driving conversion, engagement, customer satisfaction, and Lifetime Value, while analysing key retention metrics such as conversion and churn rates; Segment and analyse the customer base to identify new retention opportunities and create promotional initiatives that boost engagement across all platform products; Support CRM Manager to manage the VIP customer journey in accordance with brand processes; Support and Create marketing and editorial plans based on customer data, trends, and budget negotiations with suppliers; Estimate marketing budgets and analyse actual costs for public-facing promotions; Draft monthly retention and promotional reports with KPIs and participation data; Create and send personalised communications (email, push, SMS, banners, landing pages, inbox, etc.) and track performance via analytics tools such as Google Analytics; Develop customer surveys to gather feedback; Collaborate with the

internal IT team

and

external suppliers

(e.g., Optimove, Xtremepush, Mailjet, Fortytwo) to ensure proper system configuration and automation of CRM activities; Work with the

internal Product team

on new features, game launches, and marketing commitments; Coordinate with the

internal Customer Support team

for effective communication and issue resolution; Collaborate with the

internal Content and Design teams

to deliver impactful creatives and assets. Who are we looking for?

At least 2 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing; Familiarity with CRM tools such as Optimove; Good knowledge of data analysis and analytic tools (e.g., Excel for data processing, Cube for reporting, Tableau for data visualization); Understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts; English proficiency (minimum B1 level); Curiosity for the digital world and emerging trends. You should preferably have:

Familiarity with SEO tools (SeoZoom, Google Analytics, Google Trends, Hotjar); Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, social networks, and Google Ads; Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and summarising skills; Creative, flexible, and well-organised, with strong problem-solving abilities; Ability to prioritise and plan effectively, anticipating challenges and managing time and resources efficiently.
