Accounting Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-moving distribution environment. This role plays a key part in keeping inventory, vendor payments, and customer billing accurate while working closely with the warehouse, sales, and leadership teams. If you enjoy being hands-on, detail-driven, and essential to keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform purchase orders invoices
Research and help resolve pricing or quantity variances
Enter and update financial data
Perform reconciliations
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Familiarity with accounting processes in a high‑volume environment
1+ years of Accounting experience in both AP/AR
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
