Position Summary As an Architectural Designer, you will be instrumental in transforming innovative concepts into stunning architectural designs. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and execute project plans from schematic design through construction documents.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design concepts.
Produce technical drawings, schematics, and models using architectural software.
Research building codes, material options, and design trends.
Assist in client meetings and presentations.
Ensure designs are functional, safe, and meet client requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
3+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in industry-standard software to include AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong technical drafting and architectural detailing skills.
Familiarity with building systems and regulations.
Able to manage multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines.
Highly motivated individual who can work hand-in-hand with architects, participate as a larger team player, and handle solo projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills a plus.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions.
A willingness to learn.
Working towards a professional architectural license is preferred.
