EXP is seeking an
Architectural Designer
to support our Denver studio across a range of project types. This role is well‑suited for a junior to intermediate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute throughout all phases of design and documentation.
Responsibilities
Support the development of architectural designs, layouts, and concepts from early planning through construction.
Prepare drawings, models, and architectural documentation using Revit across all project phases, including Programming, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and internal project teams to deliver coordinated, high‑quality design solutions.
Participate in client meetings and design presentations, incorporating feedback into ongoing project work.
Assist in maintaining drawing standards, quality control, and compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
1–5 years of professional experience in an architectural design role.
Proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools is an asset.
Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
The salary range for this role is $65K to 75K. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
