As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in Spanish, ensuring it complies with our community guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure compliance with community standards.
Accurately classify content based on established policies and moderation guidelines.
Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams.
Provide feedback on content trends and user interactions to support moderation strategies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes and efficiency.
Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on adhering to guidelines consistently.
Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions.
Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion.
Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
Willingness to work in Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
