About Us
The Northern Manhattan Coalition for Immigrant Rights, NMCIR’s, mission is to educate, defend, and protect the rights of immigrants. As the longest-serving organization providing immigration-related services in Northern Manhattan and the Bronx, we continue to offer culturally competent legal-services, Manhattan’s worker Center and adult literacy classes that directly advance our vibrant immigrant communities.
