Lettings Negotiator
to manage enquiries, progress deals and deliver high service standards within a premium Putney market.
The opportunity will ideally suit a candidate with some previous lettings experience who can dive straight in.
The company has a great local reputation and generates strong local business levels
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Managing applicant enquiries and registering new clients
Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
Supporting the growth of market share in the local area
Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
Progressing tenancies from offer through to completion
Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Previous experience as a residential lettings agent
Strong sales and negotiation ability
High standard of customer service skills
Confident telephone manner with a positive approach
Well presented, reliable and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Putney area beneficial
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Professional approach to estate agency
