Product Marketing Manager, Hydraulics & Actuation – Eaton

The expected annual salary range for this role is $142,000 – $209,000. Salary is negotiable based on experience. This position may also earn a variable incentive program.
What You’ll Do
Lead strategic selling and coordinate Sales & Marketing activities across all Eaton divisions for a complete aircraft system.
Manage the marketing strategy development and deployment for your area/system expertise.
Manage and supervise creation of bundle/system proposals, collaborating with Product line teams on new targeted platforms.
Lead the Campaign Capture Team for your area of expertise.
Lead competitive analysis for your area of expertise and support deep dives for relevant competitors.
Support strategic planning activities in collaboration with Business Managers.
Participate in industry technology events to maintain expertise, increase Eaton visibility, and gather competitive intelligence.
Partner with Marketing Communications to provide thought leadership via content creation on eaton.com and targeted marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
The hydraulic and actuation products Marketing Manager drives Eaton early engagement on new programs, positioning Eaton Group for maximum platform shipset content. Through marketing activities, you influence customer specifications to Eaton favor and develop value propositions for multiple products across the Eaton portfolio.
Work within a matrixed organization with Senior Leadership, Product line managers, and Executives to influence Eaton’s value proposition.
Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to promote hydraulic and actuation technology digitally and at events.
Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to influence technology development strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in aircraft hydraulics and actuation systems.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing and/or sales role.
Technical knowledge of aircraft hydraulics and actuation systems and associated components.
No relocation is offered for this position; all candidates must currently reside within the specified geographic areas.

Preferred Qualifications
10 years of experience in aircraft hydraulic systems.
MBA or Master of Science in Engineering.
