Responsibilities
Assist Paint Technicians in preparing aircraft surfaces for painting.
Surface‑prep and prime bodywork parts.
Block primed parts.
Wet lay‑up.
Mask parts that are ready to paint.
Complete all necessary paperwork.
Clean and maintain the body shop and staging area.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
Bodywork and/or automotive painting or prep experience is helpful.
Basic computer skills.
Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and high standards for following instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility.
Work with minimal supervision.
Self‑motivated, self‑disciplined, organized, and driven.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
