What you will be doing:

Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
Requirements What You’ll Need
Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency. ✉️
Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred).
Demonstrates excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Permanently resides in the U.S. Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
