Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead and manage field operations on complex commercial and institutional construction projects. This role is responsible for day-to-day site leadership, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and schedule execution. Key Responsibilities
Lead onsite construction activities from mobilization through project close-out Plan, coordinate, and supervise all field operations, subcontractors, and trade partners Maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and accurate site documentation Coordinate closely with the Project Management team to drive schedule and field execution Review construction documents and ensure work is performed per plans and specifications Utilize construction technology and collaboration tools for coordination and punchlist management Conduct regular subcontractor coordination and safety meetings Enforce jobsite safety standards and regulatory compliance Proactively identify and resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule risks Maintain quality control standards and ensure completed work meets project requirements Coordinate inspections, punchlists, turnover, and closeout activities Serve as the primary on-site representative for the company Qualifications
4+ years of Superintendent experience
on commercial, institutional, or large-scale building projects Strong understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, and field operations Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents Proficiency with construction management software and field technology Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule accountability Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local jobsites Preferred Experience
Background on technically complex or occupied-site projects Experience mentoring junior field staff Strong coordination skills across multiple trades and stakeholders What’s Offered
