Experience Required
PGA apprentice preferred but not required.
Playing ability

Detail oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Essential Responsibilities Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting players daily, managing tee times, and ensuring adherence to golf course policies and club procedures.
Event Management:
Assist the Head Professional and Lead Assistant in organizing and overseeing tournaments, MHGA association events, and seasonal golf outings. This includes cart fleet management, course setup, scoring, prize distrubution, and post-event follow up.
Golf Academy:
Provide individual junior instruction and help to co-teach with junior clinics and camps during summer months. Entry level coaching teaching fundamentals, etiquette, and life skills associated with the game.
Pro Shop Operations:
Assist in daily operations of the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory management, sales, and ensuring attractive and orderly appearance.
Assistant Manager on Duty:
During certain shifts, ensuring overall management of outside operations staff, such as cart attendants and golf shop counter staff to maintain high level service standards.
