The Role We are seeking a

dynamic, beauty-focused professional

to join our luxury spa network. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will

support different spa locations nationwide , helping each team drive sales and create exceptional client experiences. This is a hands‑on, results‑oriented role designed for someone who

loves travel, high‑ticket sales, and working in elegant, luxurious environments .

What You’ll Be Doing

Engage with clients and provide guidance on

premium skincare and aesthetic treatments .

Drive revenue through

upselling and cross‑selling

high‑value services and packages.

Collaborate with local spa teams, including estheticians, nurses, sales supervisors, and front desk staff, to

achieve daily and monthly sales goals .

Travel between assigned locations as needed, maintaining

high performance and professionalism .

Share feedback and best practices to

help teams improve client engagement and sales results .

Who You Are

Experienced in

high-ticket sales or consultative selling , preferably in beauty or luxury services.

Strong

communication, relationship‑building, and client‑facing skills .

Motivated by

results and performance goals .

Flexible and comfortable with

frequent travel and adapting to new teams .

Valid driver’s license required.

Comfortable as a

W9/1099 independent contractor , responsible for own taxes.
