Responsibilities Coordinate all upcoming projects with the Director of Property Operations and contractors. Administer construction contracts, service agreements, and bid letters. Compose correspondence, purchase requisitions and reports. Distribute mail, photocopies, faxes and documents and maintain files. Manage synergy and dispatch service calls to front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house mechanics.
Qualifications & Values
Minimum one year of customer service experience.
Minimum one year of experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Hotel experience is highly preferred.
