What will I be doing? Coordinate all upcoming projects with the Director of Property Operations and contractors. Administer construction contracts, service agreements, and bid letters. Compose correspondence, purchase requisitions and reports. Distribute mail, photocopies, faxes documents and maintain files. Synergy management and dispatching service calls to front of house and back of house mechanics.
