We are seeking a Property Operations Coordinator to support property operations, coordinating projects with the Director of Property Operations and contractors.
Shift Pattern Monday to Friday, AM shift
Hourly Wage $24

Responsibilities
Coordinate upcoming projects with the Director of Property Operations and contractors.
Administer construction contracts, service agreements, and bid letters.
Compose correspondence, purchase requisitions, and reports.
Distribute mail, photocopy, fax documents and maintain files.
Manage synergy and dispatch service calls to front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house mechanics.
Qualifications
Minimum one year of customer service experience.
Minimum one year of experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Hotel experience highly preferred.
