Position: Workforce Management Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize, coordinate, and supervise working schedules and rotations at gaming tables, ensuring smooth operational flow and attendance.
Collaborate with the HR department and Team Managers to handle time‑off requests, approve schedules, and ensure all positions are filled to meet staffing requirements.
Create daily staffing reports, verify work hours and time‑off requests, and manage various administrative tasks as directed by Supervisors or Upper Management.
Develop and maintain effective staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage for all business units.
Monitor and track attendance, ensuring adherence to schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage studio rotation files for incoming shifts to ensure seamless transitions.
REQUIREMENTS
Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
Exceptional ability to manage and coordinate schedules, rotations, and staffing needs efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with workforce management software.
Minimum of 6 months in a similar role, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to work within 24/7 shift patterns.
Understanding of local labor laws and regulations relevant to staffing and scheduling.
Analytical thinking and the ability to apply critical thinking in data analysis.
Familiarity with advanced workforce analytics and forecasting tools.
