The Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System (PMRS) provides a dynamic and collaborative workplace where individuals are empowered to reach their full potential. We are looking for a Relationship Manager who can build strong personal relationships and provide exceptional client services to municipalities across the Commonwealth.
Responsibilities As a Relationship Manager, you will be a valuable member of our Client Relations team, ensuring that our municipal clients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your duties will include:
Advocating on behalf of our municipal clients.
Providing industry expertise and servicing existing and new Plan Sponsors.
Expanding upon current relationships and building new business opportunities.
Disseminating accurate and timely information to members, PMRS management, and other appropriate parties.
Actively establishing and participating in multi‑party communications and facilitating all communication when required.
Enhancing client experiences and promoting the PMRS brand by attending client meetings, seminars, conferences, and presenting at events.
Required Experience, Training & Eligibility Minimum Experience and Training Requirements
One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title).
Three years of progressively responsible office management or staff work, including personnel management, budgeting, or procurement, and a bachelor's degree.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements
You must meet the PA residency requirement.
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
