Senior Real Estate Appraiser (MAI-Certified) Location: Mercer County, NJ Company: Priority Group Services LLC Hourly Rate: $95 – $145/hour (market rate for MAI-certified in NJ government contracts) Responsibilities
Provide USPAP-compliant real estate appraisals for County land acquisitions Perform valuation of raw land, easements, open-space properties, and special-use parcels Provide expert testimony in Superior Court when required Prepare detailed appraisal reports following County and federal (FHWA) standards Conduct field inspections, market analysis, and comparable sales research Ensure completion of appraisal assignments within required timelines (typical 45 days) Required Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or related field MAI Certification (Mandatory – RFP requirement) NJ State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License Compensation
