Provide comprehensive information regarding product features and benefits
Collect customer feedback to drive service improvements
Participate in training sessions to stay informed about service updates
Qualifications
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced setting
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
