Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous customer service experience is preferred Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service Experience with customer support tools is an advantage Benefits
