Your Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels. Provide assistance with inquiries related to travel plans, recommendations, and bookings. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in every interaction. Document customer feedback and interactions accurately for future reference. Work collaboratively with your team to enhance the overall customer experience. Engage in ongoing professional development related to the tourism industry. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. A strong passion for customer service and helping travelers. Previous experience in customer service or the tourism industry is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries with patience and understanding. Willingness to work and live in Athens, embracing the local culture.
