Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients in the aviation industry through various communication channels. Efficiently address customer inquiries, reservations, and concerns to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout all interactions. Accurately document customer interactions for service improvement and quality assurance. Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and operational goals. Engage in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of aviation services and best practices. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. Strong passion for customer service, particularly in the aviation sector. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle inquiries and issues with professionalism and composure. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
