Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking users across social media platforms. Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Engage with users through various communication channels, including chat and email. Document interactions accurately to support service improvements. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. Passion for social media and customer service. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate and troubleshoot user inquiries with a positive attitude. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
