Your Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Efficiently handle customer inquiries related to media and entertainment services. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions. Document customer interactions to support ongoing service improvement. Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets. Engage in continuous training to stay informed on products and industry trends. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. A passion for the Media & Entertainment industry is highly valued. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues with a positive attitude. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and embrace challenges.
